Coots Natural Snacks Range

Introducing Coots Pick 'n' Mix

It’s been on our minds to range Natural Snacks for sometime but it’s taken some time to research and determine the right snacks for our Sausages and of course yours. The girls have loved the product testing!

We’ve finally settled on a range of 6 different snacks each with different health benefits for your Sausages.

Like many of you, some of our girls have more sensitive tummies than others and Natural Treats are by far the best way to keep your Sausage occupied whilst also providing a whole lot of goodness to their diet.

If you visit the Coots Shop we have put together a Pic & Mix feature which allows you to chose a range of treats to try and a generous discount is applied when you order 10 or more.

So what's in the range?

1. Pigs Ears

I’ve never met a Sausage that doesn’t enjoy a good pigs ear but actually they are natures tooth brush!

  • Easy to digest
  • Brilliant for teeth cleaning
  • Super to strengthen the jaw muscles

2. Rabbits Ears with Fur

Yep, it’s a bit gross, but we are converted! Believe it or not, the most unique benefit of rabbit ears for dogs is that they act as a natural dewormer. The fur creates a ‘brushing’ action which helps to filter out worms and eggs that are in your dog’s digestive system.

  • Natural dewormer
  • Easy to digest
  • High in protein so great for your Sausages healthy muscles, hair and skin

3. Buffalo Hooves

These were selected for our Beanie, who is carrying extra weight following her retirement! They are low in fat and last longer. They are however also great for Sausages that suffer with allergies as they are grain and gluten free.

  • Low Fat
  • Hypoallergenic
  • Long Lasting

Remember not for pups under 12 weeks

4. Camel Skin

We selected this again for a couple of our girls who need hypoallergenic treats and snacks.

  • Natural Teeth cleaner
  • Hypoallergenic
  • Free from additives

5. Goats Ears

These ears are different to the Pigs Ears and whilst they are gobbled in a flash, due to being thin and crispy, they are a worthy treat to have in your cupboard. We chose them for Beanie as she has some shoulder joint pain from all her digging! These ears contain a natural source of Chondroitin which is brilliant for joint pain. They are also low in fat and hypoallergenic so a favourite for dicky tummy girls and boys!

  • A natural source of Chondroitin – great for joint pain
  • Low fat
  • Gluten and grain free
  • Hypoallergenic
  • More flavourful – so the Sausages tell me!

6. Venison Neck Tendon

We are big fans of Venison as we always feed raw Venison to our lactating Mommies. We find the girls love these as the have more flavour and they are great boredom breakers on rainy days.

  • 100% digestible and a highly palatable treat
  • Hypoallergenic
  • Good boredom breaker
  • High in protein, low in fat
    *No additives or preservatives

So get shopping! Your Sausage will certainly thank you for reading this blog post !
