From the 1st contact we had with Kate her passion for the breed and commitment to the very highest standards in dog breeding practices shone through! Although on our application we stated we would consider a puppy or an infant, based on our circumstances Kate suggested 6 month old Sally would be a perfect fit for our family. She described her as a happy, confident girl, who was very placid / level headed but also loved to be out and about exploring. It was clear from the very 1st meeting that Kate had described Sally to a tee, she was perfect for us, which shows the level of individual knowledge Kate has about EVERY dog in her care.

From start to finish Kate was responsive to our messages and offered us really honest valuable information / advice to make our experience run seamlessly.

We would highly recommend a COOTS infant, it really is the perfect option! Sally is socialised not phased by anything, toilet trained and can enjoy walkies straight away! The work Kate and the team do takes so much stress out of having a new furry addition to the family.
