We did a lot of research to find a perfect place to get our pups, and boy did we find it. The entire journey has been amazing, from the day we chose our first girl, then the day we decided on two (!), right through to collecting them. We opted to go with infants, as this option felt like a better fit for us. The wait until 6 months old has been a long one but it felt shorter as we were included in every step of the way. We’ve been sent so many updates, pictures and videos. The advice and support from Kate has been invaluable throughout, and continues to be as we transition the girls into our home. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and I’m so glad we found Coots. Thank you to the entire Coots team, both in Bulgaria and the UK for looking after our girls so well and giving us the perfect pups. Could not recommend enough!
