This was my first experience getting a dog, and it was immediately the best and the happiest experience it could have. I was lucky and fortunate to have my dog with Coots because Omni is perfect in every way. I’ve had full support from Kate from the first moment of contacting Coots.

I’m deeply grateful for Kate, I could never have done this without her. Her support along the way and her eternal patience were really beyond any standard of what you could expect. She provides the absolute best for everyone involved. This is top notch communication and care. She is just the best!

And then it was so beautiful to get pupdates every week from Marina in Bulgaria, which is such a precious experience to see how much Marina loves every pup and to see how much Omni is loved by her growing up.
