I received my gorgeous infant Margot recently and I cannot fault the service provided by the fantastic Coots team. From the moment I made my enquiry Kate provided all information I needed and more. Then once I had chosen my precious Margot the wonderful Marina provided video updates and photos which soon became a weekly highlight. The care and dedication that Coots give to the puppies and their prospective families is second to none. When the time came for Margot to travel I was kept up to date on where she was the whole journey and the courriers that deliver the dogs are so lovely.The relationship with Coots at Eversden doesn’t end once the puppy gets home Kate is on hand for advice and the community built with other families that have dogs from the same litter or travelled together is so great to and this is all down to the WhatsApp groups that get created.
Margot is an amazing little dog with the loveliest personality and I highly recommend purchasing an infant puppy from Coots.
