Kate and I were first in contact August 2022 and I knew as soon as we spoke she was our breeder. The time, thought and diligence she took on that call gave me every confidence that not only would our puppy be perfect, but the journey would also be incredibly special. Her communication is exemplary. Kate was, and still is, always on hand. Through Malone’s entire pregnancy journey and the weeks following the birth we received daily, if not hourly, updates including pictures and videos to share in every step. Further, the guidance and information provided helped us no end in ensuring we were more than prepared for our gotcha day. The care given to all dogs and puppies at Coots is outstanding. Margot has now been at home for two weeks and not only is she the most gorgeous puppy, breaking hearts wherever she goes, but she has the most loving nature, softest temperament and is incredibly confident even at such a young age. The effort and socialisation put in to ensure all puppies are ready for the wider world is a testament to all at Coots, they truly get the best start in life.
