We saw Hamish on Coots Facebook page and we messaged Kate. All communication around him, his routine, food, travel ect. was brilliant. We especially loved the video updates from Marina each week showing us his progress and how he was growing. Along with the knowledge and advice shared with us. Hamish is such a happy little boy even after such a long journey, he’s well socialised, confident and settled in straight away with our other Dauschund, Herbert.
I will definitely use Coots again if we choose to get another.
