Our family is now complete with the arrival of the most perfect 9 month old! From contacting Coots for the first time to him arriving with us was the most stress free, supportive and educational process. We could not have asked for more and are so grateful to everyone who has communicated with us and looked after our Bob until he arrived home with us. He is already the favourite dog in town with EVERYONE he meets commenting on how well behaved and calm he is. It’s clear the care he received was out of this world and we will be FOREVER grateful for the incredible start in life he had with Coots and how well they prepared us for his arrival with us.
