1. Bookings & Payment
All sessions are booked via our website.
Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Please give at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel a session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
If the trainer cancels, you will receive a full refund or an alternative session.
Refunds for international clients may take longer due to bank processing times.
3. Our Services
Sessions are bespoke and designed for dachshunds.
We provide guidance and support, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
You are responsible for your dog’s safety during all sessions.
4. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate information about your dog(s).
Ensure a safe environment during online training.
Follow the trainer’s instructions for the welfare of your dog(s).
5. Data Protection
We comply with UK GDPR. Your personal data will only be used for booking, communication, and training purposes.
International clients consent to their data being processed in the UK.
6. Liability & Intellectual Property
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage from using our services or technical issues.
All training materials remain the property of Coots at Eversden and may not be shared without permission.
7. Governing Law
UK law applies, and any disputes are resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
